This green anole wandered into our porch to pose for a picture. Green anoles can turn green or brown, unlike the brown anoles which can only turn shades of brown. The green anoles have a much longer snout and are often larger than the other anoles, though green ones aren't as common. Also green anoles tend to live higher up in trees where they are not as likely to be seen.
